The issue seems to be limited to this program, but we have not tried to run anything else 'as Administrator' recently (no need). We get these messages:
1. Right-clicking the exe file does not offer “Run as Administrator”
2. Attempting to install without this results in the following errors:
* Please insert Disk AdobeDesignPremium5-English to continue.

We re-downloaded File 1 and File 2, or DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.7z (a ZIP file) and DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.exe. The ..7z file gives this message: 'We've encountered the following issues://Installer failed to initialize. File not found. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.' We therefore clicked the link to obtain the Adobe Support Advisor. When we attempted to open it, it says, 'Sorry, an error has occurred.//This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.'

***Reason Found for Above Problem*** It turns out that creating a new Admin account solved the issue.
How can we repair the original Admin account? We don't want to have to re-create it--that would require a lot of time and effort, and we don't have that.
